This official portal by the Government of Gujarat lets you view all essential land record forms (like 7/12, 8A, and VF-6) for any village in the state.
What You Can Find on the Portal
The AnyRoR (Any Records of Rights – Anywhere) portal allows you to view various types of land records, including:
- VF-7 (7/12 – Survey Number Details)

Step-by-Step: How to View Rural Land Records
Step 1: Visit the official website
Go to- anyror.gujarat.gov.in
On the homepage, click on “View Land Record – Rural (ગ્રામ્ય જમીનનો રેકર્ડ)”.
Step 2: Choose the record type
Select the type of record you want to view:
- VF-7 – 7/12 Survey Number Details
- VF-8A – Khata (Account) Details
- VF-6 – Entry or Mutation Details
- Integrated Survey Number Details
Other options like Old Scanned VF-7/12 or Entry List by Month-Year are also available.
Step 3: Select your location
Choose your District → Taluka → Village from the dropdown menus.
Step 4: Enter property details
Enter your Survey Number (or Khata No. / Owner Name / UPIN, depending on your chosen option).
Step 5: Complete CAPTCHA and submit
Fill in the CAPTCHA code and click Get Details / View.
Your land record will load with complete information.
Step 6: Review your land record
The page will show key details such as:
- District, Taluka, Village
- Survey and Khata Numbers
- Ownership information (name of landowners)
- Crop details and cultivation type
- Mutation/Entry history
- UPIN / ULPIN number, if applicable
Step 7: Save or print your record
Use your browser’s Print option to:
- Save as PDF
- Or take a printout for your reference
For an official, digitally signed copy, visit the Digitally Signed RoR (iORA) section on the portal and log in to download an authenticated version.
