Manager M&A – Energy Transition. To create new inorganic growth opportunities in New Energy Domains !
Responsible for identifying New Energy trends, new technologies & companies Globally. Market Assessment, Industry Monitoring, Technology due diligence, Business potential & plan evaluation, Investments, Valuation & Deal structuring, Business integration, Business progress monitoring etc.
Work on creating opportunities in New Energy domains like Solar, Batteries, Green Hydrogen etc. Spot and build innovations to help Waaree grow inorganically into a major Energy Transition platform.
Engineering in Energy and industry experience in a similar role preferred. Global candidates with remote working may also apply.
