PE Job – Private Equity Analyst – Mirabilis Investment Trust

Job Description –

• 1-3 years work experience preferably with some experience in VC/PE/startups operating role/ founder’s office / boutique or mid-sized investment bank
• Basic understanding of the Indian environment, market dynamics
• Deal origination and evaluation
• Independently manage with all operational matters of deal execution
• Closely work with associates/ analysts to achieve the following:
• Primary responsibility for accurate and robust commercial evaluation of investment opportunities including financial models, industry analysis, company analysis
• Primary relationships with counter-parts at the portfolio company and with deal ecosystem
• Review and quality check of associate/ analyst work and lead agreed investment processes

The Successful Applicant –

• Must be a confident communicator and presenter
• Knowledge of private equity investing and Due Diligence
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
• Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work in an overall team construct
• Understanding of startup ecosystem and emerging technologies
