About the role:
Profile – Performance Marketing & ABM

What you’ll be doing
- Demand generation – Work closely with content team , growth marketing team and wider marketing departments to develop demand and lead generation opportunities in ANZ, Europe and North America
- Hands on Execution – Plan and execute campaigns for multiple product-lines and MVP s with rapid experimentation .
- You’ll be working with copywriters, demand generation, developers, and product marketing to brainstorm ideas that will engage Writesonic customers and prospects in order to drive purchase intent.
- Optimise , research and assess new ways to drive business opportunities and expand geographies to deliver Pipeline KPI s under a sustainable growth at 4.5X ROAS
- Complete own the paid marketing channels across Facebook, Instagram, Google , Youtube , Tikktok etc
- Manage a paid marketing budgets of 1.5 million U.S $ -3 million US $
- Ability to design, own and report on robust testing plan across demand gen, with clearly showing impact of campaigns on business performance month on month
- Accomplish all identified digital marketing project goals for visual design, brand strategy, and user experience
- Experience in launching ABM campaigns to build a robust enterprise pipeline
What are we looking for?
- At least 5+ years of experience in leading demand generation initiatives in a B2B SaaS company or PLG company
- Atleast 2+ years of experience in working with Martech /consumer/ Marketing/Sales tools products between 50$-300$
- Experience in managing a paid marketing budgets ~ 1.5 Million U.S $
- Proven track record of successful launches of products in New geographies at MVP stage
- Proven track recording of expanding geographies in Europe and North America
- Able to have an in-depth understanding of colour, typography, page layout, and other design theories for better conversion rate optimisation .
- Strong knowledge of media buying experience in Google (Youtube, Display Network, Adwords, Performance Max), Facebook, IG, Linkedin.
- Deep understanding of attribution in Freemium and freemium to paid conversion
- Strong experience in crunching data from analytical tools like GA4, Mixpannel
- Ability to write SQL queries and custom automation scripts
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Will have an unbounded imagination and an unwavering eye for detail.
