We are looking to add super-talented, passionate and ambitious folks to our team. The Proprietary Investments Group at Motilal Oswal manages own capital of the group with the objective of generating long term, sustainable equity returns through a highly disciplined investment strategy. We are looking at add Investment Professionals in the team to work on and lead investment opportunities.

Prerequisites: (do NOT apply if these conditions are not met):
1) Between 3 – 6 years of direct public/private equity investing experience at leading firms in India
2) Analyzed potential investment opportunities across sectors, built earnings models and tracked performance of portfolio companies
3) Ability to make recommendations to the investment committee that are supported by rigorous analysis of company fundamentals, industry and management teams
4) Education: CA / MBA from Top-tier Business Schools

Important soft attributes of an ideal candidate will be: self-starter, attention-to-detail, excellent communication skills, results-oriented and team player who can collaborate both internally and externally.
