HDFC Capital Advisors Limited, a real estate private equity investment manager, was established in 2015 as a 100% subsidiary of HDFC Ltd. We specialize in providing long-term debt and equity financing for the development of housing projects from the funds that we manage and have emerged as one of the largest alternate investment fund managers in the country. The H@ART (HDFC Affordable Real Estate and Technology) Program aims to foster collaborations between technology companies and the real estate sector. H@ART is partnering with multiple stakeholders to drive strategic technological interventions to enhance the affordable housing ecosystem. The program seeks to mentor, partner, and invest in real estate technology companies that accelerate breakthrough innovations and efficiencies within the affordable housing ecosystem.

• Performing desktop-based research on sectors and companies and their business models
• Performing desktop-based financial analysis and comparison with other companies
• Participate in support activities pertaining to supporting the portfolio companies.
• Competitor mapping, financial modelling, and supporting in deal closure.
• Interact with start-ups and understand their business models and identify the right start-ups to solve a given problem statement.
• Assist in researching and summarizing variety of topics including emerging sustainable technologies, ESG policies, regulations and climate change.
• Take notes and memos during meetings.
• Perform all other duties as needed and assigned.

Essential Knowledge and Skill

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (strong skills working in Excel and PowerPoint preferred).
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Self-motivated, works well independently or with a team.
