Project Manager Job at Decentro

What is expected from you –
• Work closely with the product management team to plan and prioritize features and align the roadmap
• Work closely with the engineering and QA teams to align on sprints and help with estimation and planning
• Own the product development lifecycle charter by setting up a clear process from requirements gathering to release and monitoring
• Work closely with partners to streamline the development process and be the POC for all technical queries
• Work closely with the engineering and product teams to drive and generate key metrics like velocity, quality, and sprint timelines
• Work closely with the product, compliance, and technology teams to align all items pertaining to information security and compliance
• Work closely with audit partners to ensure the organization is fully compliant from an information security perspective

What are we looking for –

• Good knowledge of product development lifecycle
• Hands-on experience working with engineering and product teams
• At least 2 years of full-time experience in project management is mandatory
• Strong knowledge in driving process excellence in project management
• Experience in using project management tools like Jira, Trello, etc
• Good understanding of number crunching and analysis
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in working with a start-up or a B2B product organization
• Experience in building SaaS offerings in the BFSI space is great to have
