About the job

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager as our first full time marketing hire. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. This individual will oversee all digital marketing efforts, including content marketing, website management, email marketing and social media. The ideal candidate will be creative, with a passion for quality, analytical and driven with a strong background in digital marketing. Excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including content marketing, website management, email marketing and social media and paid traffic acquisition strategies.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and SEO agencies to create content roadmap
  • Work with content marketing freelancers, interns and designers to deliver the high quality content
  • Maintain and enhance the company website to generate high quality traffic and leads
  • Engage & contribute in relevant conversations in social platforms or discussion threads in forums & groups with subtle mentions for our Saas products to drive relevant traffic.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Plan, set up & execute the demand generation programs to generate new leads and increase pipeline velocity through paid marketing campaigns across the funnel.
  • Work with a diverse set of content marketing, design, SEO and product marketing professionals and give and take actionable feedback for actionable improvements.
  • Track and stay head of the competition.
Skills
  • Strong quantitative skills and analytical approach to increasing and optimizing traffic.
  • High sense of quality in design and content and using it to create a premium presence on the internet.
  • Ability to think creatively in coming up with strategies to engage target audiences.
  • Prior experience and familiarty in using CMS and CRM systems.
  • Prior experience in writing content, creative design, running ad-campaigns.
  • Experience in website analytics tools – highly proficient with google analytics, tag manager, search console. Knowledge of using data tools such as marketing automation, CRMs, attribution reporting, and paid campaign reports.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to create programs that increase revenue and generate customer acquisition, conversion and lead generation.
  • Prior working experience in (and enthusiasm for) startups is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience managing content marketing, design and SEO teams.
  • Combination of background in STEM and English is strongly preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s / Master’s / MBA degree.
