Job Description

Role – Startup Accelerator Intern

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking to hire highly motivated, enthusiastic professionals with an entrepreneurial frame of mind, who are excited about the global startup ecosystem. The role is that of a Startup Accelerator Intern/Management Trainee and will support all functions related to running of the accelerator.

We are looking for candidates that can manage the following roles and responsibilities with competently. 

• Social Media Marketing – Design Posts, write copy to capture activities to be published on our social media channels.
• Business Development – Assist startups in identifying potential & relevant B2B connections and partnerships to enhance their growth prospects.
• Prepare MoMs (Minutes of Meetings) capturing key discussions, action items, and decisions.
• Ensure timely follow-up on action items to facilitate progress.
• Provide operational support for events, assisting with various tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualification

• Undergraduate Degree (B.A. / B.Com. / B.Tech)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to write emails and coordinate tasks effectively.
• Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and the business ecosystem.
• Knowledge of creating graphic designs or video editing is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred.
