About GL Bajaj Center for Research and Incubation (GLBCRI): GL Bajaj Center for Research and Incubation (GLBCRI) is a hub for innovation and entrepreneurship located in Greater Noida. The center acts as a catalyst for startups, supported by key government initiatives like DPIIT, Startup India, and DST NIDHI to foster a robust startup ecosystem.
The Role: We are hiring an Incubation Manager to lead our incubation efforts. This role highlights the opportunity to manage and strengthen the startup ecosystem, supporting ventures from the ideation stage through to commercialization.
Key Responsibilities:

Ecosystem Management: Manage and strengthen the incubation and startup ecosystem.

Startup Support: Support startups from ideation to commercialization.

Coordination: Coordinate with industry partners, investors, and government agencies.

Promotion: Promote innovation, entrepreneurship, and research initiatives.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the Incubation / Startup Ecosystem.

Preferred Skills: Experience in startup mentoring, innovation programs, industry liaison, or incubation is preferred.
