Vacancy for Investment Manager
Atal Incubation Centre, Banasthali Vidyapith is looking for an Investment Manager with a passion to work in the startup ecosystem. S/he is supposed to manage the investments of AIC Banasthali and also establish & maintain relationships with the investment community.
Roles & Responsibilities–
● Scout relevant startups for investment opportunities.
● Manage investment documentation, due diligence and other compliances
● Prepare and evaluate Term Sheets and ShareHolder Agreements.
● Generate investments reports for both internal and external purposes.
● Build partnerships and maintain relationships with Angel Investors & VCs.
● Helping incubated startups in curating business plans, Revenue model and other compliances.
● Manage the Portfolio of Accelerator Programs & other relevant programs such as NIDHI-SSS, SISFS, TIDE 2.0, etc
● Provide Investment support to existing Portfolio Companies
Eligibility Criteria:
● Company Secretary/Chartered Accountant (Preferably Female)
● Knowledge of startup Investment process and its compliances,
● Good people skills, communications and presentation skills. Salary as per experience and industry norms.
