Startup Incubator Job – Investor Relations (Associate) – IIT M Incubation Cell

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate in Investor Relations and Startup Funding at IITM Incubation Cell in Chennai. The role involves actively managing investor relations, analyzing investment opportunities, facilitating communication with stakeholders, and overseeing seed funding opportunities avaiblable to our incubated startups from CSR, Govt agencies and IITMIC. You will be instrumental in supporting startups in accessing seed and early-stage funding, connecting with angel investors and VCs, and contributing to the growth of the deep tech startup ecosystem here.

• Prior Experience in startup funding facilitation will be a plus
• Financial acumen and understanding of market trends
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of funding processes and due diligence procedures
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
