Subject: Recruitment for the position of PROGRAM MANAGER on contract for IIML-EIC:

IIML-EIC is hosted by IIM supported by NSTEBD, DST, GOI, and UP Government.

IIML-EIC invites applications from interested and eligible candidates for the selection of one position of Program Manager on contract initially for a period of 1 year, which may be considered further for extensions as per the need and policy of the IIML-EIC. The details are as follows:

Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

– To design, execute, and run end-to-end Acceleration & Startup Business Programs for IIML EIC
– To explore and build potential associations with Corporates, PSUs, and Government organizations by creating innovative models and programs in the area of Corporate Innovation & Corporate Venture Capital
– To help and support in building potential associations with organizations/Institutes to provide consulting services
– To design and execute marketing strategies in guidance with the department head
– To execute and manage Mentors & Investors for IIML EIC
– To collaborate with innovation ecosystem stakeholders

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

– B Tech Degree from a reputed institute or Masters with a technical background
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience in incubation, startup ecosystem, startup investment processes
– Designing & execution of various startup programs in the past
– Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and collaboration skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Compensation:

In the scale of total remuneration between Rs. (40,000 to 60,000) (all-inclusive) with a breakup available with the incubator as per IIML-EIC’s policy. Additionally, medical insurance, mobile reimbursement, and other benefits for the executive as per the policy of the Incubator.

– The candidates have to produce their bio-data along with a set of photocopies in support of their educational qualifications, experience, etc. at the time of the interviews. They should also bring all testimonials in original for verification purposes.
– There will be multiple rounds of interviews as deemed appropriate by the management.
– No TA/DA or any other incidental expenses will be reimbursed for attending the interview.
– Initial appointment will be for 1 year on contract, renewable further subject to satisfactory performance of the incumbent and need of the IIML-EIC.
– The compensation will be decided depending on qualification, experience, last drawn salary, and relevant factors.
