Essential Qualifications:
๐. ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: For Analyst: minimum bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business, or any other relevant area.
For Analyst: minimum bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business, or any other relevant area. A Masterโs Degree will be advantageous.
For Senior Associate: Masterโs degree in Bio-Technology (Life science/Biological Sciences and engineering/Biotechnology/Microbiology/ Biochemistry).
๐. ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐: 0-2 years of work experience for Executive and Analyst position, 3 years for Senior Associate position. Preference will be given to those having experience in the incubation industry. Relevant experience will be preferred.

1. Business/technology background/understanding/experience; ability to take initiative or thrive in a non-standard role.
2. Excellent managerial, collaboration and networking skills with a proactive approach to work.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English.
4. Strong professional network in corporate/startup ecosystem is desired.
