Position : Program Manager
About 100X.VC:
100X.VC is a SEBI registered CAT 1 Fund. Founded in 2019. 100X.VC is the first cheque
early stage fund investing in Indian startups.
100X.VC runs Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) and Corporate Innovation (CI) programs for
large Indian corporates and multinationals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the CI program(s) for 100X.
- Work closely with the Corporate Innovation team.
- Identify and shortlist startups basis corporates’ Investment thesis / focus areas
- Research industry trends & emerging technologies as per thesis
- Lead end to end innovation programs – ideation to execution & evaluation
- Identify & reachout to relevant industry experts for mentoring sessions
- Conduct due diligence based on strategic fit
- Creation of media awareness and announcement, convey the focus areas, in
consultation with the Company - Work closely with incubators/accelerators/e-cells to identify potential startups
- Coordinate with startup founders during the entire process / program
- Oversee the creation of prototypes, minimum viable products (MVPs), or
proof-of-concepts to validate innovative concepts.
Qualification & Skills:
1. 2 to 3 years of experience in incubators/accelerator/ angel fund/corporate innovation
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, innovation, management or related field.
3. Good verbal & written communication skills
4. Team player
