Venture Capital Internship – 2026 Summer Internship – Quona Capital

The Role: We are looking for high-performing professionals to join Quona’s global teams during the Summer of 2026 for 10-week internships. Interns will work directly with Quona’s Asia investment team members based in Singapore and will also collaborate with Quona’s global investment and platform teams in North America and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing: Source and filter investment opportunities, building a network within the fintech space.

2. Due Diligence: Directly support the investment team members to conduct business, financial, and technology due diligence, helping move deals through the investment process to closing.

3. Financial Modeling: Develop financial models and company valuation analyses.

4. Research: Conduct thematic research and competitive deep dives within fintech sub-sectors.

5. Portfolio Support: Support portfolio companies and management teams on short-term operational projects as well as long-term decision-making.

Requirements:

1. Education: Currently enrolled in a top-tier MBA or graduate degree program.

2. Experience: 3 or more years of experience evaluating investments, leading buy-side/sell-side transactions, implementing strategic improvements in scaled companies/consulting, or launching an entrepreneurial endeavor.

3. Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, excellent English business writing, and communication skills.

4. Attributes: Team player mentality, driven, adaptable, curious, and able to take initiative independently in a fast-paced, geographically distributed team.
