Who Are We Looking For?
Powerhouse Ventures is hiring a Graduate Associate to support the investment team. This individual’s primary role is to support both active market research and diligence, as well as longer-term projects directly associated with our OKRs. The Graduate Associate is expected to work approximately 15 hours per week for 10 to 12 weeks beginning in January.
What You’ll Be Working On

Support our top of the funnel efforts by reviewing new startups, making recommendations, and supporting initial screening calls

Support on data aggregation and CRM management

Completing ad-hoc projects to support diligence and fund operations

Other responsibilities as assigned
About You
-
Currently enrolled in an industry-relevant Masters or PhD program

Preferably bring both relevant industry experience and startup or investing experience

Thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills and high EQ

Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills

A willingness to dive into the details and navigate through ambiguity

Driven and self-directed

A passion for building climate solutions and deploying clean energy and next-generation mobility technology
