About the Program: Zeropearl VC is looking for “rocket interns” for its well-designed “Intern to Analyst program”. We are looking for individuals who are hungry to do quality deals and play a significant role in the deal review and decision-making process. The program is designed for those who want to build a career in VC, with a track record of interns becoming full-time investors or founders backed by the fund.
The Role:

Duration: 6 months internship + 2 years Analyst position.

Stipend: >₹30,000/Month.

Conversion: Interns hired will have a Pre-Placement Interview (PPI) for joining full-time.
What You’ll Work On:

Deal Sourcing & Review: actively sourcing and evaluating potential investments.

Research: Researching industries and market trends.

Investment Committee: Sitting in real IC conversations.

Portfolio Management: “Gardening” of portfolio companies.
Who We’re Looking For:

Skills: Strong research and analytical thinking.

Interest: Deep interest in venture capital and startups.
