About Us: Blue Ashva Capital is a global Fund House based out of Singapore and India (Mumbai), along with a Wealth Management arm based in Bengaluru. Together, both arms help allocate about $1 Billion in Assets. Blue Ashva Capital invests in Early and Growth Stage companies via its VC/PE and Structured Credit verticals, and into Listed Companies through its Public Equities vertical.
Job Description: This is a full-time, 4-month fellowship/internship where you will support the investments & portfolio team. Key responsibilities include:
- Analysis: Support sourcing, screening, analysis of investment opportunities, and preparing monthly MIS.
- Research: Run research sprints on markets, competitors, and customer insights, and turn them into clean briefs, sheets, and slides.
- Fund Operations: Assist with fund operations and new fundraising with data rooms, trackers, and LP materials.
- Coordination: Coordinate with founders and internal teams; keep workflows and follow-ups on track.
Requirements:
- An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Management (or equivalent skill).
- Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva, along with clear business writing skills.
- Comfortable with financial statements, basic models, and structured research.
- High ownership, low ego; okay with grunt work; and reliable under tight timelines.
