Nature – Internship

• Location- In-office (Mon-Fri)- Bengaluru
• Tenure – 6-12 months
• Stipend – Industry Standard
• Joining- immediate

Requirements-

• 1-3 yrs experience in finance (Consulting/ Investments background preferred)
• Graduate with excellent academic record from a highly ranked college/ university
• CFA level 1 or relevant certification preferred
• *MUST* have Experience with PowerPoint, Excel and PowerBI
• Strong Oral and Written communication skills

*Candidates compulsorily need to be in present and work in MJV Bangalore Office full time

Role Description:

-Coordinating compliance related activities of portfolio companies and investors

-Managing the compliance portal and investor portal with all documentation up-to-date

-Engaging with our portfolio founders on a recurring basis for performance related updates

-Preparing quarterly and ongoing Investor reports for our fund investors

You will work closely with the MJV Partner team and our talented group of investment professionals. Through the journey, you will be able to learn about how VC firms operate across the spectrum of compliance and growth.
