About the Program :

• A stepping stone opportunity for fresh graduates/post-graduates to start their career at a buy-side VC Desk
• Work closely with the Strategic team across different stages of VC operations to gain exposure
• Build sector thesis and operate within frameworks developed to identify potential deals
• Collaborate and connect with various stakeholders from the industry
• Part/Full-time 30-60 days paid internship (remote/ Bengaluru/Mumbai) for fresh graduates from Tier-1 Engineering/Commerce/MBA institutes

What we expect (Knowledge & Skills):

• Final-year students from a premier institute, or fresh graduates
• Previous internships in Investment / Business / Private equity / VC Research are not mandatory but will be a plus
• Logical and analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail, and structured work approach
• Excellent verbal, written, & oral communication, strong presentation skills
• Knowledge and proficiency in conducting primary and secondary research with framework and models development
• Ability to structure information from different sources & present the relevant information in a concise manner

What you can expect (Key Responsibilities):

• Providing comprehensive research support to the Founder’s office – these research activities will be related to exploring the current start-up landscape and deep diving into disruptions
• Conduct primary and secondary research to assess the investment potential of specific sectors and companies
• Gather & analyze information pertaining to market size, key players, teams, users, products, services, financials, business forecasts, etc
• Prepare detailed sector studies and keep abreast of important trends and developments in the relevant sectors
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to accomplish projects in hand
