Venture Capital Job – Analyst, Investor Relations – Aavishkaar Group

Position: Analyst, Investor Relations

Reports to: Senior Manager, Investor Relations

Aavishkaar Capital is the impact investing arm of the Aavishkaar Group, the impact platform with a

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain compelling investor presentation materials, including quarterly
and annual reports, fund fact sheets, and due diligence documents.
• Prepare and manage regular and ad-hoc reports, presentations, and updates for
investors, including fund performance, portfolio updates, and financial metrics
• Coordinate and manage investor due diligence processes on the Funds, including the
preparation of data rooms and responding to due diligence queries
• Assist in managing communication between the fund and investors, including
responding to investor inquiries and supporting investor meetings.
• Assist in ensuring timely distribution of reports, regulatory filings, and compliance
documentation as per the fund’s guidelines and investor requirements
• Assist in organizing Fund’s annual meets and other investor facing events
• Assist in developing and maintaining investor databases tracking investor
interactions, correspondence, and relationship status.
• Assist in smooth onboarding of new investors
• Preparation and circulation of internal group level updates, reports, fund updates, and
other reports
• Assist in the preparation of, investor reports, budgeted drawdowns, exit projections,
financial and portfolio construction model

Key Requirements and Skills

• MBA/PGDM in Finance specialisation with 1-3 years of experience
• Exposure to investor relations, wealth management or investment banking
• Proficiency in financial modelling, financial analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of accounting concepts
• Understanding of Private Equity/Venture Capital concepts
• Advanced understanding of MS PowerPoint, word, excel and other office applications.
• Effective written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with
investors, stakeholders, and other team members.
