Designation: Analyst – Investor Relations / Assistant to the Managing Partner
Experience: 1-4 years

Reporting to: Partners / Vice Presidents

Qualifications:
▪ Excellent writing and communication skills.
▪ Finance degree / demonstrated familiarity with financial concepts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The role involves the following responsibilities:
▪ Working closely with the Managing Partner and placement agents to generate and manage leads
for funds advised by Convergent Finance.
▪ Working with Partners and other team members to plan, organize, and execute events for existing
and potential investors.
▪ Co-ordinating with administrators, lawyers, tax advisors, etc. to successfully execute LP
commitments into funds advised by Convergent.
▪ Engaging with existing investors of funds advised by Convergent and working with other team
members to coordinate and issue firm- and fund-related updates on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
▪ Maintaining detailed notes of all investor meetings and compiling them in an accessible and
segmented format.
▪ Updating and issuing all investor-facing and marketing materials, including, but not limited to,
presentations, datarooms, and compendiums of frequently-asked-questions.
▪ Executing quarterly investor letters, including quarterly summaries of financial and business
updates issued by Convergent’s platform companies.
▪ Updating weekly, monthly, and quarterly trackers of all investor-related activity including, but not
limited to, onboarding, document databases, dataroom updates, and marketing materials.
▪ Working with team members to answer investor questions and doubts as required.
▪ Performing recurring / ad-hoc tasks for investors in funds advised by Convergent.
▪ Performing other ad-hoc tasks as required by Partners and senior team members.
