About InfoEdge Ventures: InfoEdge Ventures is an early-stage venture capital fund backed by Info Edge (India) Limited, the company behind market-leading brands like Naukri, 99acres, Jeevansathi, and Shiksha. The fund invests in tech-enabled startups across various sectors, partnering with founders to build sustainable and scalable businesses.

The Role: The Associate, Finance will take end-to-end ownership of fund operations. This includes the preparation and review of financial statements, audit support, and the calculation of NAVs and IRRs. The position requires close coordination with founders, investors, fund administrators, and external vendors while ensuring strong compliance and operational controls across the fund.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fund Accounting: Own fund accounting, books and records, and timely calculation of Net Asset Values (NAVs) for the AIF.

• Reporting: Coordinate preparation and review of financial statements and investor reports, including monthly and quarterly performance metrics.

• Capital Activity: Manage capital calls, distributions, allocations, and equalization across the fund.

• Fee Management: Calculate and review carried interest and other performance-linked fees.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for fund administrators, auditors, banks, and other service providers.

• Compliance: Coordinate fund audits and ensure ongoing compliance with fund agreements and SEBI AIF regulations.

• Support: Support ad-hoc initiatives related to fund launches, structuring, or operational improvements.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-4 years of post-qualification experience; immediate joiners preferred.

• Skills: Well-versed in financial terminologies, ratios, and financial controllership.

• Attributes: Street-smart, good soft skills, business acumen, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment under pressure.
