Job Summary: The Investment Associate will play a pivotal role in driving the fund’s investment strategy by sourcing, evaluating, and executing early-stage FinTech and Financial Services–Infrastructure opportunities. The role requires a strong combination of analytical rigor, market research, and relationship-building skills to identify high-potential ventures and support portfolio companies across the entire investment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and evaluate high-potential FinTech and B2B Financial Services startups through proactive outreach, research, and ecosystem engagement.
2. Conduct market analysis, financial modeling, and due diligence to support investment decisions and prepare investment memos.
3. Contribute to end-to-end deal execution, including structuring, documentation, and coordination with founders and advisors.
4. Support portfolio companies with MIS/reporting, strategic introductions, and operational guidance to drive value creation.
5. Represent the fund in the FinTech ecosystem through research publications, social media engagement, and industry forums.

Qualifications and Relevant Experience:

1. A Master’s degree or MBA in business or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of work experience as an Associate or Analyst in a Venture Capital firm or in Investment Banking.
3. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
4. A strong understanding of Venture Capital and FinTech domains, the startup ecosystem, investors, and industry trends.
5. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships and initiatives.
