Job Opening: Associate / Senior Associate – Investments

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team at Physis Capital. As an Associate / Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the investment team and GPs and lead Deal Sourcing, Due Diligence, Post-Investment Support, Investor Relations, Fundraising, Fund Strategy, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the sourcing team for researching and identifying potential investment opportunities by tracking emerging startups, industry trends, and market developments.
2. Lead the due diligence process by conducting comprehensive Financial and Business Diligence on target companies, including building an investment thesis, competitive landscape, industry benchmarking, etc.
3. Lead fundraising through a few dedicated channels, collaborate with the investor relations team to prepare communication materials, reports, and presentations for our existing and potential investors.
4. Lead the team responsible for overall Investor experience. Define weekly priorities, assign projects, monitor progress, define quarterly goals and responsibilities accordingly, guide and course correct to be able to deliver in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
5. Ensure processes, documentation, communication, and training are up to date, relevant and approved.
6. Identify opportunities for automation and enable/facilitate the same. Work with the technology team to improve overall customer experience.
