Raise Capital without Dilution
Responsibilities you’ll be handling:
– Scout for interesting investment opportunities across the start-up ecosystem
– Evaluate opportunities based on the Investment thesis of Getvantage
– Get involved in deal structuring, negotiations, diligence and deal closure
– Work along with the investee companies to raise their next round of fundraise
– Establish relationships with family offices, micro VCs, angel networks, VCs and other players in the ecosystem
– Work closely with all other teams with a single objective: becoming platform of choice for both founders and investors
– Maintain turnaround time and identify ways to improve it
A successful candidate must have:
– 5+ years of experience in similar role is must
– Experience with VC / investment bank / venture debt / accelerator / incubator is a plus
– Very strong analytical, quantitative and research skills
– Proficiency with word, excel and powerpoint
– Strong communication skills. Is able to build relationships with seasoned entrepreneurs.
– Excellent collaborative skills. Can work independently and thrive in an unstructured environment
