We are looking for AVPs to join our team in Delhi / Bangalore (though candidates from Delhi will be given preference)

As an Assistant Vice President at Orios Venture Partners, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities. Working closely with our experienced group of partners, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our portfolio companies and drive positive impact in startups.

Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with management teams of investee companies to build enterprise value
• Managing all aspects of the investment process including origination, modelling, diligence, documentation and structuring of transactions
• Portfolio management tracking monthly financial and operating metrics of companies.
• Working on exits and preparing exit recommendations

Minimum Requirements:

• MBA / Bachelor’s from a top -tier college (IIMs/ISB/Ivy League)
• Minimum 3 years experience in Venture Capital and minimum 8 years experience over all
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for startups and entrepreneurship.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
