Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief of Staff at CVP. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for overseeing operations, coordinating with senior management, and managing key projects. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the Managing Partner to execute on company strategy and ensure that the firm runs efficiently. This is a hybrid role, with the Chief of Staff expected to work from the Mumbai office and remotely as needed.

- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Keen attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Expertise in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making
- Experience in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting
- Experience in a startup, venture capital, or consulting environment is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
