Role and Responsibilities:
The Communication Manager will be responsible for building the corporate brand and managing all communications related to it. The key responsibilities include:
- Create, fact-check, and publish content across various platforms, including website, social media, presentations, and newsletters.
- Monitor and distribute portfolio companies’ announcements and press releases.
- Execute established funding announcement procedures and seek ways to enhance the process.
- Produce video and audio content independently or by supervising specialist agencies.
- Oversee internal communications and share announcements through the appropriate channels.
- Ensure consistent brand voice by aligning key messages in all communications.
- Innovate and manage portfolio communications to handle increased announcements without compromising quality or depth.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s or MBA/Master’s degree in Marketing/Communications.
- 2-3 years of progressive experience in brand management and communication.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Experience in advertising or brand communications agency.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in the startup and venture capital ecosystem.
