Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRA):
- Stakeholder Engagement: Oversee and manage the engagement of VC ecosystem stakeholders, including our 110+ IVCA member Venture Capital Funds. Cultivate relationships, coordinate activities, and ensure the satisfaction of our valued members.
- Government Relations: Collaborate with Startup India, Invest India, DPIIT, and other Government bodies and ministries on startup-VC related issues. Facilitate productive interactions between our members and relevant government authorities.
- Industry Insights: Contribute to the development of industry reports that provide valuable insights into the VC ecosystem, influencing decision-making and policy development.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute niche events and webinars within the Startup-VC Ecosystem. Participate in the organization of IVCA’s flagship summits, enhancing the visibility and reputation of our organization.
- Media and Marketing: Explore media and marketing opportunities for our VC member firms. Foster relationships with partners and work on collaborative events that benefit our stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Freshers are encouraged to apply, though candidates with 1 year of prior experience in the Startup-VC or Government ecosystem will be preferred.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating a keen ability to network with top VCs in India and worldwide.
- Proficiency in English, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
