Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and talented Associate to join our Investor Community and Events team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating and managing engaging events, overseeing investor communications, and enhancing our brand’s visibility. The successful candidate will be instrumental in organizing investor-led events, managing social media outreach, securing sponsorships, and ensuring our leadership is prominently represented in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Management and Outreach: Plan and execute a diverse range of events, including conferences, webinars, and networking gatherings. Manage outreach efforts to ensure our leadership team is well-represented and visible at industry events, enhancing our brand’s presence.
  • Social Media Planning and Execution: Develop and execute social media strategies to promote events and engage with our community. Collaborate with the social media team to ensure content is impactful and aligned with our brand’s goals.
  • Sponsorship Management: Identify and engage with potential sponsors, negotiate deals, and cultivate lasting relationships to support event initiatives.
  • Webinar and Podcast Calendar: Organize a detailed schedule of webinars and podcasts, coordinating with guest speakers and managing promotions to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Investor Communications: Oversee the creation and distribution of newsletters and all forms of investor communication, ensuring content is informative, engaging, and reflective of our brand’s values.
  • Events Outreach: Look for opportunities events opportunities for Artha leadership team and manage inflow of such opportunities.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the Investor Relations and Marketing teams to align event and communication strategies with the fund’s overall objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in event management, social media, investor relations, or a similar role within the venture capital, finance, or startup sectors.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics, as well as investor relations tools and software.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage projects independently.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach and the ability to think strategically.

Compensation:

  • Competitive Package: 21 lakhs CTC per annum (18 lakhs paid out monthly + 3 lakhs at the end of every 12-month period).
  • Performance Incentives: Eligibility for performance-based bonuses
