An addition to the accounting and finance team of the fund management entity at an executive level.
Qualification: MBA, M. Com or B. Com graduate with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting
and compliance.
Knowledge of TDS and GST compliances, MS Office applications (Mainly MS Excel) and Tally ERP 9 is a
must.
- Accounting of transactions (day to day book-keeping) with accuracy and timeliness recording of
transactions. - Bank Reconciliations and Customer/Vendor Reconciliations.
- TDS payment monthly workings and filling of returns on quarterly basis
- GST payment monthly workings and filling of returns on monthly basis.
- Working knowledge of MSME compliance, Provident fund, ESIC and PT compliance where applicable.
- Payroll workings, Payroll register maintenance, etc.
- Fixed Assets register maintenance, etc.
- Monthly books closure after recording provisions and special transactions.
- Preparation of monthly Financials and Management Information Reports (MIS)
- Preparation of ad-hoc reports for the management on Revenue, AR, AP and Expenses, etc.
Finance primarily with Services Industry /Venture Capital Fund.

- Computer Applications:
Microsoft office applications mainly strong knowledge of MS-Excel
Tally and/or QuickBooks knowledge is a MUST
