Designation: Executive Assistant to Founder & Managing Director.
Job Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai
Experience (in years): 5 years plus as EA or Secretarial Role
Educational / professional Qualification: Graduation in Commerce, Post-Graduation or Masters in Finance & Operational.
Competencies / Skills Required: Proficiency in English. Drafting letters, EA and Secretarial Skills. Presentation Skills. Preferably knowledge of Shorthand, MS Office and other technical Office skills,
Salary: As per Industry Standard
Job Description:
To manage the day-to-day coordination of the MD office with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain MDs Calendar and organize meetings, coordinate travels and assist in bookings
Provide administrative support between the MD office and the Senior Leadership Team, Zones, Departments etc.
Draft and issue letters on behalf of MD office
Ensure complete support and assistance to MD as per his guidance.
