About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support Vishesh Khurana, the Managing Partner of Tribe India. This role requires someone who can manage a dynamic schedule, coordinate high-level meetings, and ensure seamless execution of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and be comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Calendar & Schedule Management

• Manage Vishesh’s complex calendar, ensuring optimal prioritization of meetings, calls, and travel.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings with investors, portfolio founders, and key stakeholders.

• Handle last-minute changes and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.

2. Communication & Coordination

• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of Vishesh.

• Draft emails, reports, and presentations for investor updates, fund meetings, and strategic discussions.

• Maintain clear and professional communication across multiple stakeholders.

3. Investor & Deal Flow Support

• Assist in tracking deal flow, due diligence processes, and follow-ups with founders.

• Maintain an organized database of investor communications, term sheets, and investment memos.

• Prepare research briefs and executive summaries for upcoming meetings.

4. Travel & Event Coordination

• Plan and manage domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

• Coordinate logistics for investor meetings, conferences, and speaking engagements.

• Ensure smooth execution of networking and branding events hosted by Tribe India.

5. Administrative & Operational Support

• Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and budget tracking.

• Handle special projects and research tasks related to venture capital, fintech, and high-growth startups.

• Ensure Vishesh is always prepared with relevant materials for meetings and presentations.

Key Requirements

3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in venture capital, investment banking, consulting, or a fast-paced startup.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.

• Ability to work independently and anticipate needs before they arise.

• Strong research and analytical skills, particularly in the startup and VC ecosystem.
