Venture Capital Job – Fellow – Axilor Labs

Who is this program suitable for? –

• The program is aimed at candidates looking to apply their knowledge to high-impact industrial research. They must have:
• PhD/ Post-Graduates in LifeScience related domain from top-tier institutions (Bioengineering/ material science/ Biotech). An exposure to translational research will be an added plus.
• Preference to candidates with Corporate Development experience in Lifesciences/Pharma.
• You should be comfortable reading papers/patents, and being able to make identify innovation opportunities
• You must be interested in networking and building industrial connects
• You should be able to seamlessly multi-task across projects and sectors, while crunching a lot of data and being
• able to take quick decisions.

What you’ll do –

• Being a part of a lean team at Axilor Labs, you will get involved across various aspects of deeptech investing – Research, Operations Planning, IP Commercialization and Portfolio Management. Your main role will revolve across these areas –
• Investments – You will assist the team in sourcing & evaluating research ideas. You will help in decision making through diligence, assessment of commercial potential and creating a rationale for investment.
• Research – Venture Investing moves at a rapid pace. You should be able to keep abreast of technology and VC investing trends. With this, you will help Axilor in evaluating new focus areas and ideas for investments.
• Operations Planning – Venture Investing has a lot more to it than sourcing, diligence & portfolio management. You will assist in streamlining day to day operations, help plan events & work on brand building.
• Portfolio Management –You will assist Axilor Lab companies across hiring, business development, launch readiness, and preparing them for their next fund raise.
