Responsibilities
→ Develop and implement SOPs for accounting, policies, and investor onboarding/servicing
→ Liaise with outsourced accounting providers for seamless operations
→ Ensure financial accuracy and completeness, including budgeting and cash flow management
→ Review month-end and year-end financial closing activities
→ Oversee tax return preparation and audits for compliance
→ Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
→ Support the investment team in deal closures and transactions
→ Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare necessary documents, including for board meetings
→ Prepare and respond to investor communications
Qualifications
→ Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years of experience, ideally in a fund environment. Company Secretary (CS) qualification is a bonus
→ Proven experience in developing and implementing SOPs for accounting and policies
→ Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
→ Ability to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
→ Excellent organizational and communication skills
→ Experience in supporting investment teams and facilitating deal closures
→ Proficiency in preparing and managing compliance documents
