Tribe Capital Management India Pvt Ltd offers investment management services, overseeing
the management, operation, and supervision of investment vehicles.
We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Controller to join our team. The role involves
overseeing all financial and operational aspects related to investment vehicles. The ideal
candidate should possess a strong background in finance, compliance and special purpose
vehicles (SPVs).
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, legal frameworks, and industry
standards. - Monitor and update compliance policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Oversee the establishment and management of SPVs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address compliance issues
promptly. - Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Coordinate accounting, financial reporting, and audits.
- Implement robust financial controls and risk management practices.
- Provide strategic insights to optimize structures and operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (advanced degrees
preferred). - Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, CA or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fund operations, investment banking, compliance, and finance.
- Preference for individuals with experience of AIFs, and AIF financial operations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
