Venture Capital Job – Finance Manager – Elevation Capital

Overview:
Elevation Capital is looking for a dynamic and skilled Finance Manager with 2–4 years of experience to join its Fund Finance team in Gurugram. This full-time, on-site role involves managing fund-side reporting, accounting, compliance, and daily operations for a leading early-stage VC firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end fund accounting, including preparation of financial statements and investor reporting

• Support the year-end audit process in collaboration with Big‑4 audit firms

• Oversee funding and cash flow management, coordinating capital calls, optimizing distributions, and monitoring cash flows across group entities

• Ensure regulatory compliance with SEBI and RBI frameworks

• Strengthen internal controls by identifying process improvement areas and enhancing operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification—mandatory

• 2–4 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or financial reporting

• Knowledge of US GAAP, Indian GAAP, SEBI AIF regulations, and compliance frameworks

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
