About the Role

As the Founder’s Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our founders and ensuring the smooth operation of the Founder’s Office. It is a multifaceted role designed to support the development and launch of new products, foster strategic partnerships, craft effective go-to-market strategies, and identify critical business growth opportunities. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities with a high degree of professionalism.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years

Responsibilities:

The founder’s office is responsible for the overall strategy, direction, and growth of the company. Your responsibilities will include.

  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the founders and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Documentation: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports for the founders, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating special projects and initiatives led by the founders, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues and anticipate the needs of the founders to streamline their workflow.
  • Strategy Development: The founder’s office is responsible for developing the company’s long-term strategy. This involves identifying the market opportunity and developing a plan to capitalise on it.
  • Resource Management: The founder’s office is responsible for managing the company’s resources, including finances, human capital, and technology. This involves developing budgets, hiring employees, and managing the company’s technology infrastructure.
  • Networking: The founder’s office may attend networking events to build relationships with potential partners, investors, or customers.
  • Decision-Making: The founder’s office will make key decisions that impact the direction of the company, such as product development, marketing strategy, or hiring decisions.

Overall, the founder’s office is responsible for setting the direction of the company and ensuring that it’s on track to achieve its goals. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred). Master’s degree in strategy will be a plus.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working as a Founder’s office member, a management / strategy consultant in a fast-paced startup environment (preferred).
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project related software.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
