About the Role: Good Capital is an early-stage venture capital firm. This is a Partner’s Office role reporting directly to General Partner Arjun Malhotra. You will be the single point of coordination that makes everything work across time zones, contexts, and competing priorities. This is a high-trust, high-context role where the right person becomes invaluable within months.
Why the Role Exists: Running a seed-stage VC fund involves frequent travel, managing relationships with hundreds of founders, and balancing significant personal commitments. This role exists to ensure nothing falls through the cracks—managing workload, prioritization, and day-to-day operations across professional and personal logistics.
Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Own time as a strategic asset. Build schedules matching energy to importance, create “hit lists” for travel, and manage across multiple time zones.

Communication Management: Draft external communications, route inbound requests, track action items, and maintain organized systems for deadlines.

Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, visas, accommodation) and handle last-minute changes.

Team Coordination: Serve as a bridge between the GP and the team, routing requests, flagging bottlenecks, and ensuring resolution.

Project Driver: Manage complex deliverables like the Annual Report, Fundraising Sprints, Annual Investor Day, and personal logistics (family, housing, etc.).

Miscellaneous: Manage office operations, digital filing systems, expenses, and software subscriptions.
The Profile:

Top Traits: Ability to build systems to triage chaos, very strong aptitude for technology and workflows, great judgment under ambiguity, written precision, and relentless follow-through.

Must Have: Evidence of systems/workflows you’ve built; familiarity with AI tools (Asana, Granola, Claude).

Dealbreakers: Uncomfortable with personal/professional overlap, lack of discretion, or need for detailed instructions on recurring tasks.
