Role: Founder’s Office / Executive Assistant, Bengaluru (On-site, Full-Time)
We’re seeking a highly organized multitasker to support our founding team. You’ll manage calendars, tasks, and communication—ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
▶️ Key Responsibilities
1. Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently manage calendars and prioritize meetings.
2. Task Management: Organize and track projects, follow up on action items.
3. Communication: Draft and proofread emails, reports, and presentations.
4. Documentation & Research: Prepare agendas/materials; assist fundraising team with investor outreach.
▶️ Qualifications
1. Proven experience in a Founder’s Office or similar role (startup/VC preferred).
2.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
3.Excellent written/verbal communication and calendar management skills.
4.Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
