The Role: Blume Ventures is looking to add a senior finance professional to manage end-to-end fund operations for our Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). This role requires hands-on ownership of operations and the ability to build processes from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:

Fund Operations: Manage fund accounting, compliances, audits, valuations, and reporting.

Financial Management: Own banking operations, distributions, waterfalls, and NAV & IRR workings.

Stakeholder Management: Work closely with fund administrators, auditors, tax consultants, valuers, legal, and regulatory partners.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to Private Placement Memorandum (PPM), SEBI regulations, and tax requirements.

Investor Relations: Support investor reporting and handle operational queries.
Who You Are:

Experience: 5+ years of work experience, specifically with a Category I / Category II AIF.

Qualification: CA or equivalent experience in fund operations.

Skills: Strong execution mindset, attention to detail, and comfort working independently.

Capability: Able to handle complexity and build processes end-to-end.
