The Role: Blume Ventures is looking to add a senior finance professional to manage end-to-end fund operations for our Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). This is a high-ownership role requiring a hands-on approach to managing the complex operational and financial lifecycle of our funds.
Role Overview:

Fund Operations: Manage fund accounting, compliances, audits, valuations, and reporting.

Financial Management: Own banking operations, distributions, waterfalls, and NAV & IRR workings.

Stakeholder Management: Work closely with fund administrators, auditors, tax consultants, valuers, and legal/regulatory partners.

Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to PPM, SEBI, and tax requirements.

Investor Relations: Support investor reporting and handle operational queries.
Who You Are:

Experience: 5+ years of work experience with mandatory prior experience in Category I or Category II AIFs.

Qualification: CA, Experienced Graduate, or equivalent experience in fund operations.

Mindset: Strong execution mindset, attention to detail, and comfort working independently.

Capability: Able to handle complexity and build processes end-to-end.
