Venture Capital Job – Growth Associate – LongHash Ventures

Position: Growth Associate
Location: Remote (GMT+8, GMT+7 time zones preferred)

Who we are
LongHash Ventures is one of Asia’s leading Web3 investment funds collaborating closely with our
founders to build their Web3 model and tap into the vast potential of Asia. We were founded in 2018 as
one of the world’s first Web3 accelerators, and the first one in Asia. We launched our first fund in 2021
and our second fund in 2022. We have invested in leading Web3 projects such as Safe, zkSync, Astar,
Balancer, Zapper, Neutron, Saga, and many others.

With our LongHashX Accelerator, one of the world’s first and the one with the strongest network in Asia,
we have partnered with Polkadot, Filecoin, Axelar, and Algorand, among others, to build more than 70
Web3 projects which have raised more than $150m in the past 5 years. Through such investments and
active collaboration, we are committed to realizing our mission of catalyzing growth for the next
generation of the Web.

We are a high performing, Web3-native team hailing from leading institutions such as McKinsey, BCG,
DE Shaw, Fidelity, Hashkey, Stanford, MIT, Imperial College, UCL, and INSEAD.

What you’ll be doing
● Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for LongHash Ventures, including identifying
event and speaking opportunities, managing the publication of research, podcasts, and video
content, and maintaining activity on social media
● Organizing and managing external events hosted by LongHash Ventures during key Web3
conferences around the world (Token2049, ETH Denver, EthCC, SBC, Cosmosverse, etc.) and
identifying speaking and sponsorship opportunities for the team
● Managing LongHash Ventures’ and LongHashX’s social media accounts (Twitter, LinkedIn) and
achieving followership and impressions targets
● Support for other growth and marketing tasks, including refreshing our website, producing podcast
and video content, etc.

What you’ll bring
● A strategic mindset, problem-solving, clear communication, and excellent stakeholder
management
● Strong ownership, the ability to manage and prioritize various work-streams / tasks concurrently
and independently, and a process-oriented mindset
● Prior experience in event management, marketing, PR, community management, etc.
● Web3 experience is preferred but not required
