We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Investment Analyst to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to get end to end exposure to venture capital by working closely with our investment leads on thesis development, deal sourcing, and portfolio management. We’re a small team of high-ownership individuals – expect to take full responsibility for your work while supporting the broader team on various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support investment leads in developing and refining investment theses across various technology sectors
- Source and evaluate potential investment opportunities, conducting initial screenings and due diligence
- Assist in portfolio management activities, including performance tracking and special projects
- Prepare investment memos, market research reports, and presentation materials
- Participate in meetings with founders, industry experts, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the firm’s knowledge base and internal research initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science) or a demonstrated interest in technology, startups, and venture capital with a clear technical bias
- 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably with exposure to startups, consulting, or technology
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information using excellent written and verbal communication
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
