Primary Duties

This role involves comprehensive support in sourcing, investing, portfolio management, and fund operations within the Healthcare & Lifesciences sector. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to work closely with Endiya’s Healthcare portfolio, featuring transformative and leading companies such as Sugar.fit, SigTuple, Eyestem, Mylo, and others.

Due Diligence & Deal Implementation: The candidate will spearhead due diligence processes and manage transaction execution/documentation. Responsibilities include conducting market research, financial analysis, drafting investment memos, creating financial models, and assisting in deal structuring and negotiation.

Sector/Market Analysis: The candidate will undertake various research and thought leadership tasks to form and refine the investment thesis and strategy. Staying abreast of industry trends and pinpointing emerging opportunities in the Healthcare & Lifesciences space will be essential.

Portfolio Management and Implementation: The candidate will collaborate with portfolio companies and assist partners in growing these businesses. This includes supporting fostering relationships with portfolio company management teams. the development and execution of strategic plans and

Fund Operations: The candidate will prepare for annual/quarterly meetings and manage data for internal review processes. Tracking key performance indicators and preparing reports for the senior management. Requirements:

Graduate/Post-Graduate degree from a Tier-1 institution in India or overseas, preferably with a background in Healthcare, Bioengineering, or Biomedical fields. In-depth understanding of the Healthcare & Lifesciences industries/markets.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Tier-1 consulting or investment firm.

Experience with fast-paced, high-growth entrepreneurial environments.

Self-motivated individual with a talent for working in compact teams, possessing strong interpersonal skills, intellectual rigor, and a results-driven mindset.
