Venture Capital Job – Investment Analyst/Associate – Exfinity Ventures

Role Summary: Exfinity Ventures is hiring an Investment Analyst/Associate to be on the frontlines of AI & enterprise tech investing across the India–US corridor. You will work closely with partners to source, evaluate, and back the next wave of technical founders. This is a Bangalore-based, full-time, onsite role.

What you’ll do:

1. Spot & evaluate early-stage AI / enterprise SaaS startups globally.
2. Map markets, track tech trends, and build investment theses.
3. Support diligence, deal models, and partner-level decisions.
4. Track portfolio performance and help shape strategy and exits.

Who you are:

1. 2–4 years of experience in VC/PE, Investment Banking, CVC, or top-tier consulting (MBB).
2. An Engineering / Computer Science degree is a must, along with strong analytical skills.
3. Curious, proactive, and not afraid to hustle & cold-reach.
4. Excited by AI, deeptech, and building a differentiated view of the future.
