About CDM Capital: CDM Capital is an early-stage fund investing in companies at the infrastructure layer of India’s growth story – spanning fintech, SaaS, healthcare, and AI-native platforms.
Role Overview: We are seeking an Analyst to join our investment team. The role offers direct exposure to the founding GP and senior team, covering sourcing, evaluation, and portfolio support across the VC lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Sourcing & Evaluation: Track sectors, identify opportunities, and engage with founders.
- Financial & Market Analysis: Build models, run valuations, and benchmark markets/competitors.
- Diligence & Execution: Support diligence processes and prepare investment memos and IC materials.
- Ecosystem Management: Build relationships with funds, diligence partners, and other stakeholders.
Desired Profile:
- 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, VC, or PE (ideal pre-MBA role).
- An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with lean teams, and ownership-driven.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
