About the Role: We’re looking for an Investment Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. If you’ve spent a good amount of time in the startup ecosystem, love discovering promising founders, and have a strong network across founders and investors — this role’s for you. You’ll be part of a small, dynamic team that thrives on curiosity, collaboration, and conviction.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deal Sourcing: Keep your ears to the ground and spot exciting consumer tech startups.
- Due Diligence: Dive deep into startups — from financials to strategy — and help us make confident investment decisions.
- Portfolio Management: Stay on top of our portfolio companies’ numbers and turn them into easy-to-digest reports.
- Network Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with founders, co-investors, and everyone shaping the startup ecosystem.
- Market Research: Track new trends, technologies, and sectors across India, and bring fresh insights to shape our investment ideas.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1 year in venture capital is a must. Bonus points if you’ve also spent time in consulting, investment banking, or at a startup.
- Network: You’re well-connected in the startup ecosystem.
- Skills: Strong analytical chops and solid research instincts — you love digging deep and finding insights that matter.
- Mindset: You are a self-starter who doesn’t wait for instructions and gets things done.
- Communication: Clear, crisp, and thoughtful in how you write and speak, with high attention to detail.
